OUR MOST IMPORTANT BELIEFS
1.
We Believe that the Bible is
the inerrant, infallible, and inspired written Word of God which contains one
harmonious and sufficiently complete system of doctrine for man's life on earth
which can lead man to eternal salvation.
2.
We Believe in one God who is
omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent; and that this one God, who is the
Creator and Sustainer of the universe and everything contained therein,
manifests and has revealed Himself in the written Word of God and to believers
as Father, Son and Holy Ghost (Spirit).
3.
We Believe that through the
sin of Adam, the first man, all mankind is under a curse of sin and death which
can only be lifted through the atonement of Jesus Christ (the Last Adam), and
that there is no other person, means, nor name but Jesus given by God through
which man can be saved.
4.
We Believe that all power in
heaven and earth is now given by God to Jesus Christ through whom we may have
wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, redemption, all things spiritually
available and allowed for man, and all of the temporal provisions and material needs for our
physical/natural life, including healing of the body and mind.
5.
We Believe that the Church is
the body of Christ, and therefore
every Christian must identify with the Church in which Christians are fed and
nurtured by apostles, prophets,
evangelists, pastors, and
teachers for their perfection through the Word of God and God's Holy Spirit.
6.
We Believe in the sacraments
of WATER BAPTISM, HOLY COMMUNION,
and FEET WASHING.
7. We believe in the indwelling power of the Holy Ghost, enduing and empowering believers to speak with tongues and imparting divers and different gifts to the members of the body of Christ as God directs and chooses.
8. We Believe in the resurrection of the righteous and of the wicked for final judgment, with the resurrection of the righteous to eternal bliss and union with God and with the resurrection of the wicked to eternal damnation.
